Our Memory Scents Candles are hand-poured using premium soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrance oils. Each candle comes in a beautiful reusable glass jar with a natural wooden lid, making them both eco-friendly and elegant.

Are your fragrances safe?

Yes! Our fragrances contain only trace amounts of skin-safe phthalates - the same harmless types used in vitamins, cosmetics, and other everyday products.

What is the return policy?

Due to the custom, personalized nature of our Memory Scents Candles, all sales are final. However, we guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship and will replace any candle that arrives damaged or defective. Your satisfaction with your memory experience is important to us.

How long does shipping take? 

Since your candle is custom-made, please allow 3-5 business days for creation plus standard shipping time. We hand-pour each candle to order, then allow proper cooling and curing time (up to 48 hours) to ensure the best scent and burn quality.

What is the best time to burn the candle?

For optimal performance, we recommend waiting 24 hours after receiving your candle before lighting to allow any shipping stress to settle.

Where should I set my candle for the best experience?

Each candle is designed to create a personal scent moment, not to overpower an entire home. For the best experience, place your candle in a space that matches its size.

4 oz Candle: Best for bathrooms, small bedrooms, desks, reading nooks. Creates a soft cozy atmosphere in spaces up to 100 sq ft.

7 oz Candle: Best for bedrooms, kitchens, small living rooms, home offices. Fills mediums spaces up to 200 sq ft.
