  2. Products: All candles are hand-poured and made with premium oils and soy wax. We make every effort to accurately display product colors, scents and sizes, but slight variations may occur. 
  3. Ordering and Payment: Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, GPay, ApplePay, and Shop.
  4. Shipping and Delivery: We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
  5. Returns and Refunds: Unused candles can e returned within 14 days of delivery. Candles must be unburned and in original packaging. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost. Customers are responsible for return unless otherwise noted.
  6. User Conduct: By using our site, you agree not to post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Memory Scents Handles is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of candles, allergies, or accidents involving our products.
