RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Memory Scents Candle purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your unused candle within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

*Candles must be unburned and in their original packaging.

*If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

*For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

*Just reach out to us at memoryscentscandles.com and send an email in the "CONTACT US" tab, and we will be happy to help.

We do not accept returns on candles that have been burned or used.
